About The Mapleton Chorale
The Mapleton Chorale is considered one of Utah's premiere community choirs. Under the current tutelage of director Cory Mendenhall, the chorale seeks musical excellence in every piece, and enjoys singing a variety of music including classical, spirituals, folk songs, sacred hymns, and popular tunes.
Heralded Local Talent
In January of 2007, Mapleton Chorale was one of two choirs invited to perform in a Winter Wonderland concert in the Assembly Hall on Temple Square. The Chorale was invited to perform there again in 2008 as part of the Temple Square concert series. In 2009, the Chorale will perform a Christmas concert at the Assembly Hall.
The Mapleton Chorale puts on a terrific concert...in my opinion they're one of the best-kept Utah secrets.
